PLAN “A” SCHEDULE

| Within30 daysof booking | 20% of the unit price |
| Within 120 days of booking | 30% of the unit price + 50% of the other charges |
| At the time of notice for “ Offer of Possession” | 40% of the unit price + 50% of the other charges + extra charges |
PLAN “B” SCHEDULE
| At the time of booking | 10% of the BSP |
| On or before 30th day of the booking | 15% of the BSP |
| On completion of Structure | 25% of the BSP |
| On completion of brick work & Plaster | 25% of the BSP + 50% of Other Charges as applicable |
| At the time of notice for handing over of possession | 25% of the BSP + 50% of other charges as applicable |
